 The flow of enrollment of Special Research Student in TTI
 
1.Until the decision of enrollment(from four to six months before enrollment)

(1) Letter of Recommendation issued by President or Dean of the university student belongs to (TTI format desirable).
 (2) Letter of Recommendation issued by TTI Professor who receives student (free format).
(3) Curriculum vitae and Education history(TTI format).

 

 
 2.After the decision of enrollment

(1) Acceptance Letter of enrollment is sent to the university.
(2) Immigration related documents are sent to TTI (from two to three months before enrollment)
a. Application for Certificate of Eligibility to stay in Japan.
b. Eight photos for Alien Registration Certificate and enrollment procedure (4X3 centimeters)
c. Copy of Acceptance Letter (Japanese translation is done by TTI).
d. Instruction Plan for the student (TTI format).
e. Explanation of Expenses.
f. Curriculum vitae
g. Certificate of enrollment in the university.
(3) Certificate of Eligibility to stay in Japan is issued to student (one month before enrollmant)
