| Not a single efficient and comfortable day would be passed by without hi-tech gadgets in this IT-based modern world. The electronic gadgets, such as cellular phones or compact disc players, are full of miniaturized parts, which take in, process, save, and transmit electronic or optical signals. Our research is focused on creation of these devices including sensors, optical amplifiers, micro electro-mechanical systems. Silicon and compound semiconductor films as well as glass and YAG crystals are employed by full use of new process technologies of micro fabrication. |
