TTI holds the practice and lecture of semi-conductor processing.
Presenting the opportunity to deepen the understanding on the process of semi-conductor and acquire the knowledge of overall technology.

TTI established the Clean Room in 1985 for the manufacturing practice of semi-conductor device, the research of semi-conductor device and semi-conductor process, and implementation of research, prototype, practice applying to the request by inside/outside. The Clean Room consists of two rooms of cleanness class 100 and class 1000 and is utilized for research of faculty and class of students.
The case that this authentic research facility is positively utilized for education is rare in the universities in Japan.

Since 1986, TTI opens the Clean Room to the public and holds the practice and lectures every year as the University for Society and gets high appreciation by many participants
