The participation fee is 20,000 Japanese Yen. The participation fee for student participants is 5,000 Japanese Yen, but no charge for student speakers. This includes the conference registration, the proceedings books and banquet. Only Japanese Yen in cash is acceptable.
No early-bird rate is available. Participants from abroad can pay the participation fee on site. No checks of any type will be accepted. Participants from Japan are kindly asked to remit the participation fee by November 21 by bank transfer with a copy of the participation registration form (Japanese version). The participants must pay the bank's charge to remit the fee.
All abstracts accepted will require one or more of the authors to attend the conference for the presentation.
The Executive Committee kindly require participants to submit the participation registration form.
The factory tours will require the additional participation fee of 5,000 Japanese Yen.
Those who register as students will be required to present student IDs at the registration desk in order to be eligible for the student registration fee.
