| Research Field | Mechanical research through atomic simulations, such as first principles calculations and molecular dynamics methods. In particular, we focus on the novel development of atomic-level stress calculations aimed at elucidating multi-physics phenomena. |
| Qualifications | Candidates with a Ph.D. in related fields or those expected to obtain a Ph.D. by the time of appointment. Experience in numerical simulation in material science and outcomes thereof (doctoral thesis, peer-reviewed papers, etc.) are required. Proficiency in programming (such as Python) is necessary. Knowledge of machine learning is desirable. |

| Terms of Employment | 1 year: renewable up to 3 years if positively evaluated . |
| Salary | [Salary] JPY 350,000/month Meal allowance JPY 4,000/month Commuting expenses or partial support for housing is available. [Holidays] Saturday(approx. 2times a month), Sundays, Vacations(Summer, Winter etc.) as determined by University. |
